1. We have received complaints of abuse related to attacks and security (such as initiating attacks, port scans, signing contracts, illegal intrusions, etc.):
a) First abuse complaint: The machine is immediately suspended, and unless there is evidence of spontaneous behavior, the user is required to handle it immediately according to the requirements of the abusing party, such as reinstalling the system or cleaning the Trojan horse, and is fined $50/time/IP;
b) I received a second complaint from Abuse: the machine was immediately suspended from use without a refund, and a fine of $50 per use/IP was imposed.
If you receive an email complaining of infringement (brand, film and television, intellectual property), please handle it immediately according to Abuse's requirements. The following infringing links, works or websites are different, and a fine of $20 per occurrence/IP will be imposed simultaneously;
3. Upon receiving a complaint email from the international anti spam organization Spamhaus or a spam complaint from an operator, we will immediately suspend the server and require users to take immediate action in accordance with the requirements of the abusive party. For example, if the IP address is not immediately unbound from the complaint domain or stops sending spam emails, a fine of $20 per IP session will be imposed, and abusing the IP address will not allow it to be unsealed;
4. We will directly recycle the server without refunding fees, and will impose a fine of $20 per occurrence/IP upon receiving complaint emails regarding phishing fraud and fraud violations.
5. If the server that applies to open the email port receives a spam complaint, it will be fined $50 per occurrence/IP;
If the IP is blocked, popular, or at high risk due to the user's own use, our company will not provide IP replacement services.
7. The IP cannot be used due to non Kuaiyun International (443. net) issues, and the cost of replacing the IP is $5 per time
We will send warnings and forward abuse notifications through work orders and emails. Require users to complete the processing and reply to the work order within 6 hours. If the user receives three non processing notifications within 24 hours, Kuaiyun International (443. net) has the right to directly suspend the server without refunding. Meanwhile, if the fine bill is not paid within 24 hours, Kuaiyun International (443. net) will shut down the server where the complaint IP is located.
If the same server receives abusive emails three times, Kuaiyun International (443. net) has the right to directly recycle the server without refunding the fee.
